Nothing like that could ever happen here.

Not sure about that. Currently the best and brightest in Thailand are working on the planned moon orbital mission, not the pandemic.

Wait I thought it was June. https://www.reuters.com/article/health-coronavirus-thailand/update-1-thailand-on-track-to-distribute-locally-made-covid-19-vaccines-in-june-idUSL1N2K40FF

Except they should be doing it now instead of awaiting approval like other companies around the world.   If they have faith in their capabilities to produce the vaccine to the requirements o

Not so harmless vaccine unfortunately as now Sinovac is causing blood clots as well, one needs to figure out why it is just the inactive virus/Adenovirus vaccines and not the MRNA vaccines that are causing the clots.

The mRNA vaccines have also been implicated in causing both thrombocytopenia and blood clots, with some leading to death - just not the exact same Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) as the adenovirus vector vaccines.

As stated in the link below:

"More than 31 million people in the United States have received at least one dose, and 36 similar [thrombocytopenia] cases had been reported to the government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, VAERS, by the end of January. The cases involved either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine"

Thrombocytopenia and Covid vaccines

You may remember the case of the Florida doctor who died of thrombocytopenia after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine back in January.

Doctor’s Death After Covid Vaccine Is Being Investigated

as today prayuth wants to order 35mln and because a few days ago he told private sector to get 10mln, I do think that something bad has happen to astrazeneca factory in ayuthaya or there is new data forbidding using it wildly.

Looks, like suddenly he wants to change the whole vax program.

Yes, I know that the 3rd wave warranties that, but it's already good 5 weeks into this situation

Some good news. Hope this works out as predicted, should be a great help getting Thailand back to normality quicker

By the time they get going the AZ vaccine will no longer be very effective due to the constantly developing mutants. UK is already planning for booster jabs later this year.

Thailand has barely started.
