Cats Peeing Through The Sunroof?

Featured Replies

This happened to me a while back and I'm still not sure if my friends were winding me up or not.

I was working (at home) and heard a commotion downstairs, then I heard the "beep" of my car being unlocked. Downstairs were 2 kids and the maid. None of who are allowed to drive dad's car.

When I got down I asked what happened and my son told me

"The sunroof was open on the car and Pim (the maid) saw a cat on top of the car & the cat was about to pee into the car".

At which I burst out laughing. How on earth do you know when a cat is about to pee? Presumably a female cat would need to back over the car and a male would have to stand on 2 legs. Or is there a cat zipper I don't know about. Maybe the cat had his thingy in one hand.

Anyway - a couple of friends said they'd seen a TV documentary about a serial-pi55er of a cat that ended up getting a whole gang of cats peeing into cars in a US neighborhood.

For me - I simply can't wrap my head around knowing when a cat is about to pee.

Any experiences?

It's usually pretty obvious when a cat's going to pee over an opening or hole:

It's also fairly obvious when a tom cat is about to spray urine behind it to mark its territory, but this is usually done against a vertical surface:

Here's the solution:

Yes, I've got the whole internet on my hard drive.  Or maybe I just Googled them to help answer a question asked on TV?

Take a chill pill - it was a joke.
