I mean if you are busy working, you don't have a lot of time so it shouldn't be a problem to share the little free time you have together and if you don't work or if you can take some holidays (And since she is moving to Bangkok despite having a career in the marketing, it seems you can have some break from the work) i suppose you could have a trip together to another destination in Thailand with less restrictions, since the money isn't a problem for you. Thais love to take photos and malls always build in places for photo opportunities. They have arcade games, movies, bowling, maybe even ice skating. It would also be a good compatibility test. If malls and non-mall stores are closed, go window shopping. Does she have friends in BKK? Meet with them if she does. Or meet with your friends if you have some.
