As the venue doesn't even have a licence to operate one would assume it will be closed.

That is a case of murder from 7 years ago, totally unrelated to Pattaya - which is actually the forum we are on. The subject under discussion was alleged casual violence from farangs on Thai ladies working in bars in Pattaya. 

 

Many of the farangs going with these ladies have daughters of a similar age and treat them with due respect. To state this violence is a nightly or even frequent occurrence just illustrates your total ignorance of the subject.
