This post is missing much of the story. Uncle Phol was one of the initial suspects, things seemed to be pointing to him. But he pled his innocence and everyone fell in love with his charisma. He got TV interviews and gained fame. Donations quickly poured in. With this he built himself a house and bought a nice car. Did collaborations with celebrities. Meanwhile, attention was drawn away from him to others in the village with drug pasts. Now over a year later, looks like the evidence has nailed him. The whole time he was living it up, while apparently guilty.

Thanks for putting in the missing details.

Seems there's something "charismatic" about con artists who lie and steal with a straight face according to the general public both here and elsewhere. I wonder why? Whatever happened to admiring people who stood up for others less powerful than them, does that take away one's charisma? Seems there's nothing so attractive to a significant part of humanity than bald-faced liars.

He has been on Amarin tv almost every night. Saw him singing and flogging merch to adoring fans.

Something is totally unsettling about this guy. And people bought him and felt sorry for him hook line and sinker.

It's particularly sick given the grisly nature of the murder. The girl's young age, the family relationship. How he carries on as if nothing had happened, while in fact benefitting greatly from it.

It really makes you fear for society, a total lack of the remorse we expect to keep things in check.

Yeah. if this <deleted> is really a sick SOB mined person leaving that 3 yr old innocent toddler there to die and the going back to adulterate the death scene, he is no different or better from a Jeffrey Dahmer.
