You should get informed before posting. Health is not part of EU prerogatives so there is no such rule about health. Cost of course = the death of a person. Just fantastic that the world has come to an economic formula when it comes to peoples lives. I was disturbed by this as I am with reducing people dying down to a percentage. No wonder the world is ......(you know the word). You do realise that the vast majority of Thais have no idea what the difference is between England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland...after a couple of months you will work out that they are not the most “precise” people.
