BANGKOK (Reuters) - A series of coronavirus outbreaks in Thai factories is raising concerns that the export sector could be hit hard, threatening to further undermine an economy as it struggles to recover from the pandemic's crippling blow to the crucial tourism industry.

It gets worse! Thailand Intervac website taken offline after data leak

Just when you thought the process for foreigners in Thailand to register for a COVID-19 vaccine online could not get any more shambolic, the website used for registrations was abruptly taken offline on Monday due a purported data breach.

Another Thai woman dies after receiving AstraZeneca COVID-19 jab

Family members of a 73-year-old woman are demanding that authorities investigate her death and take responsibility, if it is found to be related to the AstraZeneca jab she received on Friday (June 11th).

Six million doses of vaccine to be distributed across the country by July 2 – DDC

The Disease Control Department reassured the public today (Monday) that six million more doses of vaccines will be distributed across the country by this month, or July 2nd the latest, amid widespread jab appointment postponements due to insufficient allocations.

No more conflict between MoPH and BMA over vaccine allocation – Anutin

The misunderstanding between the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), over the allocation of COVID-19 vaccines, appears to have be resolved, at least for now.
