The Fantasy Premier League is now open. Those of you who were entered in the Thai Visa League last season just have to log into the game https://fantasy.premierleague.com and select a team (use auto select if you wish as there will be unlimited free transfers until 14th August). Once your team is selected, go to the 'Renew your leagues' tab and you should be entered automatically by the system. 

 

New entrants should use the tab 'Create and join new leagues and cups' and enter the code:  0fr9gr and that should get you in. Any problems, let me know on this thread or send me a PM. Please ensure you are 'NOT trying to enter the 'Draft' League as the code will not work.

 

There is also a Head to Head competition, The Ban Chang Cup. Everyone has to use the 'Create and join new leagues and cups' tab for this one. The code is: 199hy7. Again, any problems, let me know

FPL involves selecting a squad of players and managing. your squad for the season. TV has a mini league and a head to head cup but the competition is worldwide.

 

There is a Thai Visa Prediction League in which you select results each week. There is a separate thread for this. Please send me a pm if you want to join that one.

It's not asking for help, it's a time saver. I will just look up the team news anyway if you don't tell me.

 

You can lose a lot of points by going on gut instinct and not trying to work out fitness / rotation. You know that as well as I do.

It's my team and I've always relied on what I see and my own opinion of form/fixtures, not complicating things by worrying about rotation etc. Don't do too badly at it My best is 279 in the world (#shamelessboast)....what's yours? And by the way, still waiting for you to join the prediction league!????

Sorry I'm a fantasy league specialist.... don't do predictions.

 

In all serious 279 is very impressive.

 

And yeah I agree, watching and having a good eye for the game is important. I think the season I did best was when I spent more of my weekends glued to the box. So basically you have to be a sad <deleted> to do well ????

Don't say I didn't warn you????.....After the events of the last few days, the early wildcarders will have to spend quite a few points rebuilding their squads.
