Car ad encouraging dangerous driving

Featured Replies

I see this ad popping up on fb for a leading pick-up truck with that famous Thai celebrity behind the wheel. He slams on the gas on a winding road with double unbroken lines overtaking two trucks at once. That ad would not be allowed where I come from. Marketing to customer expectation? Need more education/enforcement. Thais have shown they can do it or make to do it with masks so how about vehicles.

Just normal driving behavior in Thailand , so don't see a problem. as know one cares, at all.

Always said education, active enforcement and real consequences to an action. To say nothing of the extra income the BIB could get ????

Exactly.  This isn't where you come from so how is that relevant to a Thai ad?

It’s for context purposes. This is related to crash statistics and how they are influenced by factors such as advertising. Maybe slightly over your head but others have made the connection!!!!

Well there are some who care  but yes T.i.T

I saw an ad with a guy that used cologne and he was mobbed by a group of beautiful young women wanting to have their way with him. That seems dangerous to me, these kinds of ads should be illegal.

Oh, that's right, it's a TV commercial.....

The OP needs to go back to whatever nanny state he came from.
