I think they should send him back to the country he came from.   Rules are rules.

    Just another farang bashing episode, having said that the man is as fool for not wearing a mask.

    I was there and NOBODY mention his skin color but he was looking for a fight and obnoxious and put everyone down around him, I hope he learned something from this.

    Plenty of Thais have been fined for not wearing masks.

     

    In fact even the Prime Minister, Prayut Chan-ocha was fined for this.
