It's very hard to eat, or smoke a cigarette with a face mask on, don't you think? Despite your observations, I'm surprised how tightly most of the population wear them. You can see they are concerned.

Around here a very small percentage of people are wearing masks, nothing is done about it.

Just another farang bashing episode, having said that the man is as fool for not wearing a mask.

I was there and NOBODY mention his skin color but he was looking for a fight and obnoxious and put everyone down around him, I hope he learned something from this.

Plenty of Thais have been fined for not wearing masks.

 

In fact even the Prime Minister, Prayut Chan-ocha was fined for this.
