You missed the point. It was a thought experiment that required you to assume that everyone in the room was infected.

 

Back to reality... because you don't know who is infected or not, we need to assume that everyone is. The early curfew has made the shops extra busy from 5 to 8 pm when they close, which will actually increase the spread, not reduce it. I was in the local 7Eleven a few hours ago and people were lined up at the counter. I will now change to 4 - 5am shopping.

As usual, certain foreigners think that they can do whatever that they can in their home country in Thailand.

 

This guy should be blacklisted from coming to Thailand in the future.

It's to stop your mouth from projecting spit while you talk.

 

This is because several studies have found that people with COVID-19 who never develop symptoms (asymptomatic) and those who are not yet showing symptoms (pre-symptomatic) can still spread the virus to other people. Wearing a mask helps protect those around you, in case you are infected but not showing symptoms.

Yep! There was another story about a 'Farang' that stole a landlords furniture. The police put on a screen show for the press with clipboards and pointy sticks to show how they caught the 'nasty foreigner'. Not sure why they feel the need to put on these cabaret acts for such petty crimes commited by foreigners. It really is getting quite absurd!
