Chulalongkorn Hospital yesterday opened vaccination registration for Astra Zeneca jabs for Thai nationals aged 18+.

In order to be eligible people need to be registered with the hospital, over 18 years of age and have not had a COVID-19 vaccine previously.

The announcement was made on their Facebook page.

Vaccines are to be administered 1- 6 August 2021 and will take place at the Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic, 13th Floor, Bhumisirimangkanusorn Building, reported Daily News.

Registration is via the website: https://chulaprom.kcmh.or.th/

After registration is completed, the hospital will contact the applicant to confirm the appointment date.

Thai nationals only.  Again.  What was the government recently saying about bias or discrimination against foreigners?

Why is it even being reported on what essentially is an expat forum other than to stoke the fire.

And it mentions the ''red cross society'' at the top of the registration input page for Thai ID (13digits)

Many expats have Thai wive's (and girlfriends?) who are chasing vaccination appointments.....just saying.

They would hear quicker from Thai sources, rather than waiting to get translated on an expat forum.....just saying (and common sense)

I'm a foreigner and was able to get vaccinated on a farang only program, so far my Thai wife and daughter haven't been able to even register despite countless tries. Reverse discrimination in my case.

Just tried to register.......no appointments left.......presumably as they started taking appointments yesterday and TVN have only just posted this notice.......on the ball as per.

My GF spent hours on her phone yesterday morning, and they were all full by the time she actually managed to get their application working (approx 11am).

This is after her previous appointment (made 2 months ago) at BangKapi was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as they are using all of the vaccine on people who were cancelled from June now, apparently (so she was told).

OMG almost identical....except the boss had hers at the Emporium......cancelled with no notice given......just told to keep checking????? What a farce.

I wonder if all those appointments from yesterday  were 'sold' before the lines even opened.......

Chulalongkorn Hospital is operated by the Thai Red Cross Society.
