Hi everyone, I have a question about canceling the work permit since I resigned from my previous almost three months ago and I moved from Bangkok to the province and until now my ex employer still didn't cancel my work permit and during traveling restrictions, it's almost impossible to go do it myself, does anyone have some helpful advice or is there any other options, to force my ex-employer to cancel it because I am tired of their silly excuses if necessary I won't mind to take the legal actions against them because three months for canceling a work permit makes no sense to me thank you kindly ????????????

You have no obligation to do anything, the employer must notify labour office within 14 days or risk a fine. I know this because I was turned away when attempting to cancel my own work permit with them showing me a rule book regarding the emergency decrees that changed things a few years ago.
