Popular Post snoop1130
BANGKOK, Aug 3 (TNA) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha bought one ton of longan, mangosteen and rambutan and donated the fruits to the workers and volunteers who are dealing with COVID-19. Deputy government spokeswoman Rachada Dhnadirek said the prime minister bought the fruits from agricultural cooperatives to help farmers and had them delivered to workers and volunteers on duty on the front line of COVID-19 control operations. The fruit purchase contributed to the government’s “Happy Farmers” project to help farmers in the North and the South amid oversupply and low produce prices. COVID-19 outbreaks and labor shortages obstructed fruit distribution and strict examinations in other countries including China posed problems to Thai fruit exports, Ms Rachada said. Popular Post mtls2005
So he paid for this fruit, out of his own bank account? Or did he spend the government's money? Assume the former, but who knows. And why not mention the amount? And this is a metric ton? As in 1,000 kg?

I just can't imagine that a total nation wide plan was developed and implemented to get the fruit to every person in the target group. Even if there was a plan (it would be a very big pan), imagine the transport etc., logistics concerned. Does anybody believe the logistics/transport plan worked and wasn't interfered with on a big scale? Next joke please...
