How very charitable of him, like you can't just pick it off wild and un-owned trees. Tons of it around me, mango, pineapples, bananas etc.  The local Temple near me invites people to come and pick fruit from their grounds.

If I steal ten bananas from 7/11 and generously give one of them to a homeless person in the street, that would be about the same on a smaller scale.
