I've seen so many news with arrests e.g. in Chiang Mai 7 people drinking in a rented villa. But the limit is no gatherings of more than 20? We cancelled our company party because of this random enforcement, even though we're under 20 people and not in a dark red province.
Popular Post PETERTHEEATER
I doubt than anyone of the drinkers would stay due to the uncomfortable seating. steven100
if they didn't draw attention with the loud music and keep lights down they maybe would have got away with it.
richard_smith237
So there were 5 people there.... [The regulations “Ban on gatherings of more than five people”] These people were doing nothing wrong - gatherings of 5 people are allowed. So... I wonder exactly what their charge was for, as the charge itself maybe illegal.

Got away with what ? If the limit is now 4 - thats being broken on a daily basis by the majority of the nation !! Anyway - the limit itself is utterly moronic... IF they want to make a regulation which is more sensible it should be along the lines of, no visitors from outside of your household.
