smedly
the guy is on a different planet and his suggestions are rather limited in scope, what about the other businesses that have been shut down - a rather biased narrow minded selfish view on things, and no idea what tourists want

ukrules
They want to open things up to encourage people to come to Hua Hin from the places where there's a real problem. The public health department would no doubt have rejected this immediately.
