I got a couple sent to me by Siam Pharmacy in Korat, 230 baht each and 35 baht delivery, they are about a 5 hour drive from my place and I get all of my meds from them, cheaper than anywhere else. Haven't had the need to use them yet and hope I don't.

 

I do everything with them via LINE and they are very good communicators in English, fast service too.

Would be surprised if they don't have in Phuket.

Could also look at other drugstores (Boots etc.).

As mentioned the Roche Swiss made test kits are available at pharmacies for around 1500 baht for 5.

 

They come with very clear instructions in English.

Yes to be correct, seen at the pharmacy booth at Watsons.

Just found a youtube video of a girl buying it at Boots.
