Swiss1960 Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 copy the visa page from your passport and all subsequent extensions of stay PLUS (very important) the RE-ENTRY PERMIT, then upload these pics to the COE portal, or send to the Embassy in mail, whichever applies to your situation. You can download to COE using multiple pages or only 2 pages in other boxes. Scan them and send as one file in the extra info box.
