Hi everyone and sorry if the topic has been already discussed. I couldn't find the answer in previous posts.

Is there any travel restriction to travel from Koh Tao to Pattaya? Koh Tao should be in red One and I'm fully vaccinated. Do I still need a covid test or any sort of quarantine?
