Yesterday I was sitting in the Mall having a coffee watching a grilled chicken food vendor outside, must have smoked five cigarettes while I sat there, finger up his nose to the knuckle, wiping his greasy hands all over a filthy towel draped over his shoulder, never washed or cleaned his hands once.
