Glad to see they have their priorities in order, yet again.

 

Go near any wholesale veg market and you will see all the school dropouts doing this, often with another passenger hanging over the seat to balance the bike.

 

Its a pity some aren't so skilled in driving a Fortuna on a straight road without ending sticking it in a ditch.

Perhaps he had a puncture and was keeping the tyre off the road for safety until he could get it fixed.  ????

Just another idiot... Not a word about side-cars being illegal in the first place!!! Enforcement in traffic is a joke, unfortunately! THAT is the main reason that so many idiots are still on the road, IMO
