ubonjoe Posted October 15, 2021 Share Posted October 15, 2021 The category of the non immigrant visa you used to apply for the extension of stay does not affect the required documents you need unless it was a Non-OA visa. You will not need proof of any proof insurance to apply for your extension of stay. There have been not changes done for the requirements to apply since your last extension.
