Would Donald Trump’s tariffs hurt US consumers?
This time around Trump wants a broad imposition of tariffs, an across the board general levy of 10%. Previous tariffs were on select industries. The conservative positioned Tax Foundation states that Trump has proposed significant tariff hikes as part of his presidential campaign; we estimate that if imposed, his proposed tariff increases would hike taxes by another $524 billion annually and shrink GDP by at least 0.8 percent, the capital stock by 0.7 percent, and employment by 684,000 full-time equivalent jobs. -

Thai man loses 372,000 baht to nursing student in scam wedding
1. I wouldnt lose 1 million baht to my gf 2. When I invested in my gf now wife, I already written those expenses off as potential future investements and for the first 5 years very expensive rent, payment for chef, cleaner, lover, visa agent, partner in crime and more. After 10 years very cheap rent and payment for a great partner in crime. 20 years on the bonus payment side, since she is now making her own money and contributes to my life expenses. 3. Land prices in Thailand exceeds all our investments costs, including, houses, maintenence, cars, motorbikes and pay for parents who now run our small farm which makes a small income. -

Question about CR crossings to Laos for Visa Exemptions
I think flying out if not only a tad more complicated but also more expensive especially during this time of the year. The plan was to get this exemption stamp and convert it to retirement visa again and be careful with money next time. I won't be able to fly with him to help him, if the border is crossed my wife could help with that. Also isn't flying out and then flying in going to give you a tourist visa on arrival? Can that be converted to retirement?
