SoilSpoil Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Great place to live in the monsoon season, and great place to rent out your condo in the high season. A win win.We love Phuket.
asiasurfer Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Totally useless for the many investors who just own (or used to own) a restaurant or small hotel (Thai and foreigners alike). Not even talking about all the red tape for foreign investors. Typical case of picking up a stick at the wrong end.
