Got calls remind to get vaccine but no email coming?

Hello everyone.

I've recently (last week) got a call from a lady telling me to go to the hospital this friday,

the call was a rush, but she mentioned there would be an email sending to me and i shld print it out when i go to the hospital

it's wed already now yet i got any email... Is there anyone having same experience like this? Because when i tried to call back today i think due to the reason it's a work phone they hanged up on me so i can not be able to contact them...
