Popular Post snoop1130
BANGKOK (NNT) - The Ministry of Culture has issued guidelines for holding Loy Krathong activities, which are to be observed by activity organizers, staff and participants. The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) has given its approval for the holding of large festivals during the Loy Krathong period. It noted, however, that each provincial administrative body needs to seek approval from the respective Provincial Communicable Disease Committee before allowing Loy Krathong festivities. The Ministry of Culture, after having consulted with the Ministry of Public Health, released its guidelines for the holding of Loy Krathong activities for 2021. The guidelines are said to take into account the activity organizers, staff working for each activity, eventgoers, and the environment. The guidelines call for the activity organizer to provide PPE suits for personnel who require them, fully vaccinated staff members, the constant use of face masks, the promotion of awareness on disease prevention, and the use of electronic communications devices to reduce contact among personnel. Every event participant must wear a face mask and sanitize their hands before and after partaking in sub-activities. Registration points supplying the QR code for the Thai Chana platform must be provided at the entrance and exit of each event ground. Appropriate distancing must be observed for all activities, as well as for seating arrangements. Furthermore, the guidelines call for temperature screening points, hand sanitizing stations, frequent cleaning of contact surfaces, garbage bins that have lids, and the cleaning of toilets every 1-2 hours. -- © Copyright NNT 2021-11-11 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow ASEAN NOW on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates 1 2
Gold Star
I guess it is still OK to launch floating incendiary devices into the night sky, potentially starting fires and terrible devastation for someone else, in the hope of bringing us our own good luck.

From my experience, yes indeed, in the mountain and rural areas of Northern Thailand where bureaucratic rules from Bangkok were virtually ignored! There will be lanterns and local village festivals without reference to so called "guidelines"!!!
KhunBENQ
The article should at least mention the date? Friday, November 19. Kind of weird to read about these guidelines after having experienced the first weekend of Pattaya music festival. apetryxx
Okay everyone, let’s sap the fun out of our lives, hide in a closet wearing a double mask with your quadruple vaccinated partner and a bottle of hand sanitizer. This gigantic hoax has taken on laughable proportions that a lot of the world is just saying “enough already!”
zzaa09
Luckier for the good people, no one will pay attention to the fabricated authoritarian rule and continue on to observe festively as they always have.
