I now have ANOTHER reason for upgrading my camera!  I'll need a business card too (Porn Producer and Filmography) but damn I'll have to change my VISA to one that allows me to 'work'. Question:  If I don't charge for filming porn is that considered work? ????

It is still considered "work" because you are receiving benefits from that "work", namely eye candy.

  • Anybody can watch porn in Thailand. Why bother legalizing it?   Gambling - same same   Prostitution - same same   Road traffic laws - why bother with laws?

The majority of porn websites are blocked and can only be accessed if you have a VPN service.

The government blocking "service" is not very effective. A friend (of course!) showed me that typing https in the URL instead of just the URL or using http would circumvent the blocking mechanism, at least on mobile (Android Firefox). No need to thank me ????

This is only about Thais being allowed legally to make porn and money, watching porn is still available so a 'friend' told me without a VPN.

Many sites are still accessible without a VPN. Maybe not the well-known free sites like PH, but websites of most producing companies are easily accessed. That's what my friend told me.

Yes you all can cancel your VPN subscription because when you install Opera browser it is including VPN for free.

Not that i have anything against porn, infect, i have my own.. but is this really the need of the hour to make noises about? aren't there more pressing issues at hands other than legalizing porn?...

Yes there are.

But legalising porn may lead to a lot of changes in many fields, it might be a breach in the offworld thinking of many.

How about they post an example of what they're talking about.

Absolutely disgraceful, and immoral. Our ubiquitous Thai Netizens will be up in arms any day soon. I mean, this is just the thin end of the wedge, the beginning of a slippery slope into purgatory. What next, selling sex aids, and pornographic dvd's on Sukhumvit road, heaven forbid, bars running prostitution rings, massage parlours offering sexual extras, girls advertising on dating sites. Not to mention that once we have degraded into a debauched lecherous society girls will start walking around with short skirts, some boys too no doubt, then people will start gambling, drinking, and the final nail in the coffin would be.........Twerking !!!!!!

:whistling::sorry:

The 2nd from the left just came back fro "Oktoberfest".

The tall one brought his mother along.

The one on the right looks so depressed.

I always thought that watching pr0n in Thailand was supposed to be like sitting inside a ski lodge on a blue sky powder day watching Warren Miller films (sorry, only skiers will understand this reference).

If successful does that mean we can ditch the VPN. Asking for a friend.

yep my mate wants to know also

This government is social political really stone age.

Just another prove.

Actually both Opera and now Firefox offer built in VPN's.

Both are ok for freebies.

The only problem is that it is still quite easy for the government to block those VPN's if they want to put in the effort.

China is a good example where only a few VPN's are able to over ride the gov't website  blocks.

It’s the same. The existence of a camera could be, in short, the only difference between pornography and prostitution.

Or another twist - shorttime is not porn nor prostitution or both ...

officially submitted a petition to the House of Representatives to amend laws and legalize pornography in Thailand

You have approached the right people. Many of them are among the most avid consumers of prostitution services and porn you can imagine, therefore they surely will be sympathetic to your cause. ????

It’s only work after the 5th take!….or is that 5th giving?

"Googles Khai-Nao"

It means that we can on the loud speaker too during the action ????????????

These days, with more and more people masturbating while reading their bibles, who needs pornography?

It’s so…yesterday.

We all know where that petition will end up.

There doesn't seem to be any middle ground with this extremely conservative government.

It's a pity.

Pornography is the #1 most searched thing on the internet after Pornography.

Well I never! Thailand to be the hub for Pornhub?????

In America porn is legal but prostitution isn’t. To make prostitution legal you only need the “model” to sign a statement , show an ID and film the encounter.

Maybe the opposite approach could be used here. It’s not porn, I was just paying a hooker for sex and filming it for security reasons.

Fortunately 99% of Thai's can't look further than the end of there noses, if they could those police who have some sway in the matter would push it through.

What a nice little earner that could turn out to be?

It could rapidly progress to 'snuff' movies perhaps the lead man being Jo?

Only skiers and chronic masturb8tors, of course ???? helping yourself is unnecessary in Thailand, because ready and willing helpers are so easy to come by ????????

The figure second left doesn't yet understand the expression 'cosplay'.....????

Only if you’re talking about commercial pornography!
