The National Police Commissioner General Suwat Jangyodsuk, on Wednesday, confirmed that he will expedite the disciplinary process which will see Police Colonel Thitisan Utthanaphon and six other police officers removed from government service as charges including one for capital murder are expected to be filed before the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases very shortly.

Charges expected to be filed at the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases against Police Colonel Thitisan Utthanaphon or ‘Ferrari Joe’ and six subordinate officers for the capital murder of Jeerapong Thanapat on August 5th last. Senior officers working with the National Anti-Corruption Commission are also predicting extensive fallout from a probe into the source of Police Colonel Thitisan’s huge wealth which is due to be brought to a conclusion very shortly.

Top brass at the Royal Thai Police are to expedite the removal of Police Colonel Thitisan Utthanaphon and six former police officers from the civil service as prosecutors are ready to charge the men with a range of offences including capital murder in relation to the brutal killing of 24-year-old drugs suspect Jeerapong Thanapat on August 5th last in Nakhon Sawan when the man was suffocated to death by police using a plastic bag within an interrogation room at the main police station.

The National Police Commissioner General Suwat Jangyodsuk has promised to speed up the process which should lead ultimately to dismissal from government service of the senior Nakhon Sawan police officer, Police Colonel Thitisan Utthanaphon or ‘Ferrari Joe’ who last week, prosecutors announced, along with six colleagues, is to be charged with the capital murder of a 24-year-old drug suspect at Nakhon Sawan Police Station on August 5th last on the basis of the use of torture.

Probably can not fire him because he as not had two written warning previously about his conduct. Lol

Maybe they don't want to fire any of them just now as they are worried about them all being found innocent of any crimes!

Haven't been found guilty as yet, and had to have investigation before dismissal to avoid civil action for wrongful dismissal?

Have his wonderful car collection and mansion been seized.  When will the auction start or have they already been taken and parceled out to the bigger fish he worked for.

Notice that it says, Quote:

"Top brass at the Royal Thai Police are to expedite the removal of Police Colonel Thitisan Utthanaphon and six former police officers from the civil service"

So, six lesser mortals are already, 'former' police oficers, but not Joey boy.

It later states that they will seek the removal of him too. But why isn't he a 'former officer already?

Worried about that fallout linked to his wealth, are they?

Because he didn't do all this on his own, did he?

I’m waiting for the bail application followed by taxi to the nearest land border, worked for Yingluck.

Replacements with more modest aspirations have been mooted - Peter Pickup and Terry Toyota are at the final interview stage.

For a minute there, I thought, by the headline, that the bosses were going to (permanently) going to ‘remove’ him quickly, literally meaning following a quick conviction and then a quick follow up sentencing to the death sentence but as this is Thailand, turns out to be nothing like that.

I wonder where they ll transfer these guys to ????

Considering he should be spending the rest of his life in jail... he won't be much use still employed in the service.

Wow, an actual video of policemen killing someone that is tied up, and they still haven’t been dismissed from the force?  Wish they work as fast as when some students speak their mind.  Priorities people!

Incredible isn't it.... that and gazillions worth of luxury vehicles parked on his estate, all on a Policeman's salary.

Actually, 6 of the cars were found to belong to a dead friend from whom Joe was just borrowing them.

Tsk, tsk.

His fortune has been picked clean - let's see who's driving his cars now.

There will not be any investigation - or of there is it will find nothing - nor will there be any fall-out.

The only change will be to disable police station video, and shake-down/murder people out in the rice field.

Dead people lend out vehicles in his world.... or do they become that way when they ask for them back?

"Speed up". An adequate statement when dealing with the murder of a drug suspect.

Question is I’d Joe going to bring down some people in higher authority than he was as there is absolutely no way could he have gained all the wealth on his own accord what’s the betting there are a number of high rangers sweating around the collar and suffering squeaky bums
