The most recent news about Premchai is that he has been placed in prison and is 'resting well in the prison hospital.'   He will be quarantined for 21 days and then moved to a regular cell to serve his time.  The doctor noted he had hypertension a fatty liver and other health problems.

In your opinion, will he serve out his sentence?   Do you believe he will be released due to Covid or health concerns?

In short, do you think he will be given preferential treatment.  Please feel free to leave a comment.

being a wealthy hi-so and having the right contacts he will never serve his jail time, Thailand is too corrupt to allow him to remain in jail when he can grease the right peoples hands. The thai judicial system is totally screwed up, you only have to look at who have been jailed and who have been released in recent years to see this fact, brown envelopes/cake boxes decide who does time and who doesnt

He is rich. He will be let out.

He will not see his time out due to health reasons, and his assets.

No matter how long or short a time spends incarcerated, (one can assume he will also get "special consideration accommodation" away from the riff raff) he will never pay for killing endangered species.

He will probably be allowed to spend his sentence at one of his luxury homes, wearing an ankle bracelet. Either that, or the charges will magically disappear altogether, due to his ‘poor health’.

I  say release the poor man, just loan me  his rifle, and give him a  100 metres start.

Wealthy, influential and a member of the club.

These types don't do time.

Frankly, where ppl don't go to jail killing a person, like red bull's "Boss",

Premchai should qualify for a reward "only" killing off wildlife!!

reduced sentence already - I wonder how his powerful friends will expect him to spend his time.

Why should he get preferential treatment and have to go to jail when all the other corrupt rich ones don't have to I feel sorry for him lol

They will send him on a vacation to Africa….free safari adventure included in the price of admission.????????

He’ll be released with no publicity…. He’ll  leave the country and spend time overseas. Then, he’ll return to a home in Thailand and start handing out high end watches to the hi-so friends that helped him.

That is subject to compariosn; He will be treated like any other HiSo rich powerful person in Thailand.  Would not be surprised if he gets a Pardon this New Years celebration.

Yes of course he will pay the same dues Red Bull Heir has paid for killing that cop.

This is after all Thailand where anything can be paid for

IMO, and with respect, he may pass away whilst in custody being a sick man.
