Thai Health Ministry says cloth face masks effective if worn properly

I wonder if the doctor saying this has a mask business like this doctor in the UK?  You can buy these useless pieces of cloth from her online shop at £12.50 a pop, but just make sure to swap it for something slightly less useless when encountering other people.

I totally agree with the benefit of wearing a mask in an indoor public space. Makes total sense. But, while jogging or bicycling or walking on a nearly deserted beach? Or while riding in a car with your family?

The current hysteria is so over the top.

I went for a walk in a public park last night at 9:30 pm. It was deserted (no one else walking) as it closes at 10pm. Later on, I saw some Thai people in the park wearing masks. It's insane. People on motorcycles wearning masks with no helmets takes the cake though.

I guess i was a little unclear. The smoke test is try blowing smoke through the mask and when i referred to watching someone with glasses and a mask the point was all the air blowing out the top of the mask unfiltered often causes peoples glasses to fog. ???? Long night and jet lag fogging my brain.

I know the problem - my glasses are always fogging up too.

The point is I will absolutely never wear a mask..ever...Except to go into 7-11 that seems pretty clear to me...

Then the first sentence is completely redundant, and a lie!
