My extension of stay is valid until 19 Feb 2022, so it is time to renew.  (19Jan ok? Not too early?)

I just want to check if there have been any rule changes in light of the restrictions.  (For example, I heard that an ATK test was required to go to Chaeng Watthana....if so, how to submit? And.. Do I go to CW, or an annex somewhere? ).

What form do I require?

Also, will I need anything else apart from the following?

Passport and photocopies of relevant pages

Letter from the bank

Updated bank passbook

TM30 proof

(Apartment contact and last receipt.. Just in case they ask)

Anything else?

Hand drawn map of condo location.

Along with bank book update make a small deposit or withdrawal. Photocopies of BB pages back to previous extension and Name account page.

Your using money in bank method? Statements not required..

You obtain extension at CW.

For entry you can sign form basically stating no symptoms etc.

Be aware that on lower level there is photocopy print stall.

Same level as banks.

The appointment system is now available for CW and is a great option to speed things up.

Don't go this week. Crowded due to covid extensions ending Jan 25.

Early Feb is plenty early for your expiry Feb 19

Thanks for the advice to delay until after the rush.  Makes sense.

"Statements not required"... Can you clarify?  Do you mean the letter isn't required?  I know that the proof that the funds originated outside of Thailand was only required for my initial application.  Not needed for these annual extensions.  Is the letter from the bank still required?

You need a letter from the bank confirming your account and the balance on the day it is written for every extension of stay.

Whether a bank statement is needed or not depends upon the office where you apply.

Very much so.

If using money in bank method then only photocopies of bankbook pages required.

If using income method you would need 12 months of bank statements.

Seems your using money in bank.

This is my procedure at CW.

Attend bank. Give clerk your bankbook with 100baht.

Ask her to deposit the 100 and please make photocopy of this last page to show the deposit and update.

Then she will attend to the bank letter. That's also 100baht most banks.

Be aware that SCB do not have a branch at CW.
