My desktop is rather full. Conventional Notes tend to be overlooked in the bulk of Tab symbols behause they are static, E.g.: KEEP

Is there an app, where the note stays in the background but flashes on the screen at individually set intervals. So it catches your eye. Keeps annoying until dealt with.

Google/Outlook calendar. Schedule yourself an alarm and keep snoozing it until you deal with it.

 

The problem with this approach, however, is that snoozing can become second nature and you can end up snoozing notes for months on end. Be careful of falling into that trap.
