Very loaded topic, don't even know where to begin. Most teens are trying to hide the fact from their elders that they are having sex, so birth control leaves a footprint they don't want.  Up in the villages condoms are twice the price of a meal and not widely available, also everyone knows everyone.

I've bought many boxes of condoms in the bug city and seen a few layers of dust on them LOL
