Give the vendors a mobile terminal with printer that can print tickets with the option of your input for choosing numbers or complete random. This would be similar to lottery machines set up at news agencies or the like elsewhere in the world. This way they can still roam around on their bikes or walk around but instead of carrying the chessboard thingy they’ll have a mobile terminal with them.
