Absolutely. Probably an everyday occurrence for those women. The four 'ladies' and their 'manager' probably weren't all that skilled at every day boat rides on the river. The real question is how/why did the pimp kill one of his ladies. I've no problem with the 3 surviving 'ladies' keeping quite when told to.
