Just open up Walking Street. Cancel the ludicrous booze laws and stay open till 4am like before covid. ITS THAT SIMPLE!

It's a monument to corruption and incompetence and is therefore listed as a national treasure. Something for the few tourists who do show up to ask about and photograph, and wonder why no other 'world class resort' has one.

I read somewhere the owners recently lodged some kind of appeal (perhaps posted in a brown envelope, I don't know) against demolition, and petitioned to be allowed to complete it.

Only 3 ? Then there is the project at Pattaya Tai/second Rd to Jomtien. While all this never ending  infrastructure work is increasing now they have to "upgrade" Ko lan and old town Naklua. So welcome to the never ending construction zone. As if that bs parking project at was once a nice entrance to the park. If they think visitors visit to put up with construction zones that are replacing the original environment we shall see how that works out for them.
