A 19-year-old Thai man was found dead on Thursday at a casino in Poipet, according to local media in Cambodia, who reported that the death may be linked to a housing scam.

The man was working as a marketing assistant for the Crown Casino in Poipet and appears to have fallen from the 11th floor of a building in the Crown Casino compound.

Investigators have already ruled out suicide, according to a police report.

So the flying insects murdered him?

No, but meth users often imagine there are bugs on their skin.

Not say that’s the case here of course as I have no knowledge of this man’s behaviours.

Seems Cambodian cops aren't scared of a little work init.

1. Indeed ... but a Thai - in Cambodia - is classed as "a foreigner" ... and no doubt more (and maybe different) paperwork to be filled out. (Maybe his family will get a bill for all their work, when they come to collect the body?)

2. We're told Cambodians flock to come work here, but, interestingly, this guy did it the other way around.

3. I thought land borders were closed for the last two years? ... did he start working there when he was 17?

4. Hard to see what skills a 19 year-old guy would have to support this international work.

5. Anyway, 19 years old is way too young to go ... RIP young man.

There's also a hotel in PoiPet where they strictly monitor internet usage from guests, then if they catch anyone using this site, they send some boys up to their room and throw them off the balcony...can't remember the name of it though.
