If you are fully vaccinated (which you are) the only thing you need to do is complete the Passenger Locator Form no more than 48 hours before arrival. The UK has no other testing or reporting requirements at this time. 

 

However, you will need to check with the airline and any country you are transiting through, as they may have their own rules. And you will have to jump through whatever hoops Thailand requires if you want to come back again.

The 'Get Started' link is near the bottom. You can start it any time, but you can't finish and submit it until 3 days before arrival (not 2 days, sorry!)

They must have changed that recently then, it was 48 hours, not much point to it anyway
