77kaoded reported on the video post of someone called Natchawarin, 40, who was following a motorcycle in Lopburi.

They thought it was a kid doing stunts until it was revealed that it was a 50 year old man called Liam who was apparently drunk.

At 9.30 am.

The 1 minute 42 second phone video showed the man weaving all over the road, narrowly missing oncoming traffic.

Just as the filmer said "he hasn't hit anyone, he hasn't fallen off" comes the moment when he drives headlong into the side of the road.

The media had pictures of the result.

They said he was "very seriously injured".

Though the 'vaselined' shots tended to suggest that he was dead.

No loss except the time consumed in reporting on this. The rider gets what he deserves and life moves on.

I can understand where the saying "biting the dust comes from"

Guess he will have at least an hour's training facing him before he gets his licence back (what licence I hear you say)

Up my way he would have passed the driving test for staying on the road for that long.

If these drunk fools want to kill themselves that’s fine, but sadly they often kill others. The punishment got drunk driving needs to be extremely harsh. It won’t stop all of the idiots but it will some and save lives.
