MikeWill
I'd like to hear a beep when copying content (Ctrl+C). I'm running Win 10 Pro 64-bit, and using a Ditto Clipboard Manager. Any advice?
BigStar
Switch to CopyQ, define a "Play Sound On Copy" command thus: powershell: (New-Object Media.SoundPlayer "C:\Users\copy.wav").PlaySync() Clipmate has this as a standard feature, but is payware. Good program. The Thornsoft site seems down, however. Ditto doesn't work reliably for me and I don't like the interface much. Supposedly if you define a shortcut for a buffer, you can select the option for sound to play. Edited March 17, 2022 by BigStar
MikeWill
Is it possible to add an event Cnrl+C to the Sound Scheme in Control panel > Sound > Sounds Tab. There is also a stand alone option named "Play Startup sound" (check/uncheck).
terryq
If using Ditto go to ... Options General Advanced Now scroll down to 'on copy play the sound' Select then browse for the sound you want (.wav) Then OK. Should work , mine does.
