webfact Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 Picture: Siam Rath Police and rescue services were called to the Non Sang to Sri Bunreuang Road in Non Muang sub-district of Nong Bua Lamphu after a white Toyota Vios collided head on with a song thaew carrying students home. Fourteen people were injured, four seriously including the driver of the Vios named as Jirawat who had to be cut out. Jirawat and one male student and two females were transferred from Non Sang Hospital to Nong Bua Lamphu hospital. The driver lost control and it repeatedly somersaulted before slamming into the side of his vehicle that he had slowed and driven over to the left at a bend. Siam Rath reported that Jirawat had been handing out funeral invitations in the area and was going back to a funeral when the accident occurred.
