snoop1130 Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 PHOTO: innnews Nineteen alleged gamblers have been arrested in Bang Saen area over reportedly being involved in a Pattaya Poker Club. The news was revealed to the media yesterday (April 3rd). The Region 2 Police reported that they received a tip-off that a page ‘Pattaya Poker Club’ was inviting gamblers to join in a ‘Live Tournament’. They also provided a place for gamblers to stay for free if they were coming from other provinces. Anyone who wanted to join, however, first had to transfer 8,800 baht each to exchange for tokens on the gambling day. Police continued their investigation and arrested Mr. Passakorn Theppetch, 37, identified as the event organizer, and eighteen others (18 men, 1 woman) at a house on Khao Sammook Road in Saen Suk, Mueang Chonburi on Saturday (April 2nd). They were taken to the Saen Suk Police Station. They should have charged 8800 baht a night with the tokens thrown in for free. And for God sakes, makes sure the playing cards have a tax stamp. 1 1
