For a shopping centre try Central Watergate in Bangkok.

 

Noticed a lot of people on weekends with their dogs walking about or being pushed around in prams.

    Always a compromise between commute (BTS) and dog.    As has been said anywhere with a Klong path. For instance Phrakhanong has access to Klong Phrakhanong and Klong Tan at the bridge.

    Sorry not Central Watergate but is should be Central Festival Eastville.
