champers
I think the ban will be enforced; it is a directive from the top. Any police chief falling short would have to take the rap.

Popular Post spidermike007
Water splashing causes as much covid as beer, wine and riding a motorbike without a mask. Inane, incomprehensible policy passed by petrified children.

Dart12
Seen video of Phuket having full on party today with whole street packed and water fighting. Chang Mai has parade scheduled and water event. So...nationally restricted? Doesn't seem so.

OneMoreFarang
I was out for lunch yesterday in Sukhumvit in Bangkok. I didn't see anybody with water pistols or buckets of water. I was surprised by that. Wonderful!
