This one I know, expect delivery soon I thought?

"Departed from Sortation Center Your parcel is on the way to the last mile hub for delivery."

This is the next message, a new one for me at least, what does it mean?

"In Line Haul

Your parcel is in the line haul to next logistics facility."

Answered it myself-I think!????

"Line haul logistics refers to the movement of freight or goods across different modes of transport by land, air, waterway, between distant cities, ports or even warehouses. While the routes are fixed, the goods transported can vary in volume and weight, from small documents to heavy pallets."

But I would have thought that would come before: "Departed from Sortation Center Your parcel is on the way to the last mile hub for delivery."?

Edit - Of course now i read the question ????

"Last mile hub" is likely your local distribution centre. Next will be a driver (possibly a more local "hub" then a driver).

Yes I know what the last mile hub is as I posted, it was the "

"In Line Haul

Your parcel is in the line haul to next logistics facility." that I was questioning.

Yeah, I edited when I realised, it's hot and my brain functioneth not ????

It does seem odd that the line-haul message is later, but these packages often go through several "hubs" on their, often meandering, journey.

We are in northern Bangkok, our garden mulcher started in eastern Bangkok then went to Lat Krabang and Swampy before actually making it to us. The start point was actually closer to us than Swampy :whistling:
