Trump ambushes South African president at White House meeting
And we all know that Trump is a world class BS artist. Still, you are not seeing the forest for the trees. The fact that white farmers possibly in their thousands have been murdered, had their families killed, women raped and abused, property destroyed and stolen, is really not disputed. You may choose to believe the tripe that the SA government puts out, it is in their interests to downplay the problem. Ditto the UN- it kills their narrative when non POC are abused and hurt. Easier to ignore the problem and dismiss it as @"historical grievance". -

BREAKING NEWS Thai Court Orders Ex-PM Yingluck to Pay 10 Billion Baht in Rice Scheme
Correct, and Thaksin family didn't make their money by 'stealing' per se, as accused by many, but simply controlling the telecommunication market, while in power. To the expense of the consumers. Yes, they got universal healthcare, but those using their phones & internet, paid him for that Before Shin sold, a phone call to Bangkok from Udon Thani cost ฿12 a minute, now <฿1, if cost at all. Phone to USA was ฿18, and to UK was ฿36. Now to USA, (last time I called) it was <฿4. Internet was silly priced, and the strange thing about all of it, the fiber optic cables were available, but sitting idle in Bangkok, since late 1990s before he was elected PM. Holding a monopoly on phone & internet service till coup, and sale of Shin Corp. -

Trump Admin Revokes Harvard’s Right to Enroll International Students
Nonsence as usual. Student activism can be catalyst for later entrepreneurial success. Many international students were student activists during their time in US who later went on to start successful US corporatins. -
