Are you asking about applying for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai at a embassy or consulate.

You can also apply for a non-o visa at immigration.

Or are you asking about applying for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai applied for at immigration. If yes this my general  list of requirements. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf

There is no Marriage Visa.

There is a Non Imm O Visa.

There is an Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai national.

If you call into your local Immigration office they will give you a list of their requirements. NB Each office interprets the rules differently so its best to find out exactly what they require for whatever visa you have.

Absolutely, Like bank letters have to be the same day (although not stated on their list),  Trat want 6 photos . Witness must attend etc. So I'll ask the OP again WHAT ! office ?
