FolkGuitar
Fiskars make an excellent scissor sharpening device that is as easy to use as the scissors! Pocket sized, and inexpensive if you can find it. Otherwise, here is an effective tool for sharpening scissors, but I do NOT recommend it for knives. https://shopee.co.th/????????????Ready-Stock????Knife-Sharpener-Upgrade-Version-4-Stage-Professional-Kitchen-Sharpening-Stone-Scissor-i.491393189.12891206257?sp_atk=e455aa0e-0a5a-4b79-88c0-093a326156ed&xptdk=e455aa0e-0a5a-4b79-88c0-093a326156ed

kokesaat
I don't live in Pattaya, but I can assure you that most modern-day barbers take their high-priced scissors to people they can trust. Assuming you're trying to sharpen a valuable pair of scissors, I googled for some possibilities: https://www.google.com/search?q=ลับคมกรรไกรพัทยา&rlz=1C1CHBF_enTH869TH869&oq=ลับคมกรรไกรพัทยา&aqs=chrome..69i57.2017j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 I live in Udon and take our knives to a sharpener who does a booming business sharpening barber scissors. We've known him for 20 years......always does a great job on our scissors. 20 baht each.
Popular Post WildBillHiccup
Fold a strip of aluminum foil over and over several times. Then 'snip–snip' small pieces off the strip and discard. Voila!!! 2
Popular Post timkeen08
Cut thin strips off of 60 to 100 grit sandpaper depending on scissor type. Even works for garden scissors. Never failed me. I use 100 grit to keep our scissors sharp after use or when my wife gets ahold of them. Make sure the scissor blades are tight and touching each other when closed (not warped). Does not work with serrated scissors, such as for cutting cooked meat. It can actually ruin these type of scissors. Try it, what have you got to loose? I had my doubts at first. 2
