Sanook Thai Caption: Dead body was in the house for weeks

 

Thai media Sanook have published pictures of the house in Prasat district of Surin - and a storeroom out back -  where a mother made a gruesome discovery. 

 

Neighbors had noticed a terrible smell coming from the storeroom and Wandee who lives nearby went to investigate. 

 

Tragically she found her 31 year old transgender son had been murdered.

As reported elsewhere on ASEAN NOW today a foreigner of unknown nationality is now in custody after his arrest in Pattaya.

 

The man is believed to have been in a 6-7 month relationship with the deceased. He was first reported as being a Russian. 

 

DNA checks and an interrogation are underway in Surin after the suspect was taken back to the north east. 

 

It was earlier reported that the body had been dragged in a blanket from the house to the store room, then locked up with the suspect allegedly fleeing via a window. 

 

It had been there for weeks according to reports.
