They did very well without any help repelling the attempted invasion into Kiev. This is not about Biden alone, its about NATO, EU the UK along with other countries. Who knows where this goes? certainly not you that's for sure

Biden (US) pumps more $$ into UA than all of the EU combined. If not for the western financing this proxy war UA would be hanging russian flags everywhere.

The U.S. remains the biggest overall contributor, with €42.7 billion, or about half of the commitments, while the EU has ponied up €27.2 billion across countries and European institutions. “It is remarkable that the US alone has committed considerably more than all EU countries combined, in whose immediate neighborhood the war is raging,” the paper notes.

Putin will end like Hitler, Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein, Karadzic, Milosevic and other terrorist dictators and murderers.

He has nothing in common with this list. He is light years ahead of them and most others in terms of raw power, nukes and resources.

But the west is helping and Russia is not flying flags everywhere, sorry to disappoint you.

A starving world with an energy crisis will get them scrambling like rats. But, should it progress this far, is that what you want to see?

No, that's why Russia should stop its invasion. The west isn't going to stop its defence of Ukraine.,

The disappointment stems from the carnage, pure and simple. If you can see that, then there's no reason I should engage with you any further.

I can see it all too well, the carnage created by Putins attack and ongoing war crimes will be defeated by the west.

So will thousands more of Russians.

Russia's own financial experts are predicting the effects of the war and sanctions will be costing Russia for a decade in terms of GDP. The only help they will get is from the Chinese, and they don't play nice either.

Even Kazakhtan's president refused to recognize the new quasi states in the Russian-occupied territories.

Tell that to the 1000 or so shoppers that just got bombed in Ukraine’s central city of Kremenchuk, maybe they will care if they don't die.

Analysis: Tide turns in the Ukraine war as Russia makes progress in the east

"They have eliminated most Ukrainian defenses in the Luhansk region, consolidated control of a belt of territory in the south, improved their logistics and command structure and blunted the effectiveness of Ukrainian attack drones."

This is typical of the reports now circulating and reporting on the situation in UA. Its not even a war at this point but an incursion. I don't see much hope for UA now. Zelenskyy needs to talk real nice to the western war mongers to find a way out of this.

Maybe you should let the Ukrainians decide whether the carnage is worth it or not. Not for you to decide whether or not the Ukrainians think Russia's plan for them as a people warrants continued resistance.

Perhaps also tell that to the thousands of Russian parents who are not even informed their sons are dead.

But, the real damage is in the south and well, go check out Mariupol, is it still there?

Yes we know what happened at Mariupol, one of the worst war crimes so far including the theater that was clearly targeted and bombed with 600 dead. You seem to find this amusing

When Ukrainian soldiers and civilians surrendered to the Russians they often got killed anyway. On what basis would you suggest more just surrender to be killed?

It's just one of the analyses being presented, to say it is typical is lying. Other analysts are saying the Russian forces are so exhausted they are only capable of incremental gains.

You fail to understand Ukrainians hate Russians. With their history,it would be impossible not to.

I'm predicting this war will end as it did in Afghanistan, the difference being the Russian body count will be much higher, and the stagnation of the Russian economy will be much worse than under Brezhnev.

Russia isn't a war monger? What is it doing? Reclaiming it's former empire?

Even if Russia wins in Ukraine, it's economy is finished for decades. Fossil fuels will be unused in 30 years and Russia has nothing more of substance.

Yes, easy to say that here, and you may be onto something but I doubt the veracity of your claim without corroboration. You should try to post something that backs up your dubious claims.

Even if Russia wins in Ukraine,

Yes, Russia is on the military offensive in a land dispute just like all the others wars based on land or territorial disputes, and those based on questionable basis such as the Iraq invasion and all the weapons of mass destruction. And now, in order to prolong the war the EU and the genius in the WH figures this will be a great opportunity weaken Putin and oh....all the while 10,000's of Ukrainians get slaughtered. Sounds like a winning strategy and outcome for, whom exactly I don't know.

Delusion by a Russian apologist.

I don't like Putin at all, but what I dislike more is war mongers pounding the war drums, and if all this keeps up, this tough talk of NATO and 300K troops, and so on, don't say you didn't see it coming when the fire reigns down on all of mankind. Then it's too late, it may be all over for many.

So, your specific delusion, I think you have some good basis for it.
